General terms and conditions

Commercial customers

Unless we spec­i­fy oth­er­wise, the order is based on the cur­rent ver­sion of the gen­er­al terms and con­di­tions of deliv­ery for prod­ucts and ser­vices in the elec­tri­cal indus­try, with a sup­ple­men­tary clause on reten­tion of title. These terms and con­di­tions can be down­loaded here. Terms and con­di­tions of pur­chase only apply if we con­firm them in writ­ing.

Notwith­stand­ing or in addi­tion to the above con­di­tions, the fol­low­ing shall always apply:

• We shall gen­er­al­ly be liable up to a max­i­mum of the order val­ue.
• We shall bear the costs of rec­ti­fi­ca­tion or replace­ment deliv­ery, in par­tic­u­lar trans­port, trav­el, labor, and mate­r­i­al costs, up to a max­i­mum total amount of 5% of the order val­ue.
• In the case of repairs, we shall only pro­vide a war­ran­ty for the parts repaired or replaced by us.

Consumers/​private customers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB):

We only sup­ply com­mer­cial cus­tomers (B2B).
