Commercial customers
Unless we specify otherwise, the order is based on the current version of the general terms and conditions of delivery for products and services in the electrical industry, with a supplementary clause on retention of title. These terms and conditions can be downloaded here. Terms and conditions of purchase only apply if we confirm them in writing.
Notwithstanding or in addition to the above conditions, the following shall always apply:
- We shall generally be liable up to a maximum of the order value.
- We shall bear the costs of rectification or replacement delivery, in particular transport, travel, labor, and material costs, up to a maximum total amount of 5% of the order value.
- In the case of repairs, we shall only provide a warranty for the parts repaired or replaced by us.
Consumers/private customers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB):
We only supply commercial customers (B2B).
